I have submitted a change to the English translation of Bist Du Bei Mir, the former seeming too textual and direct. I welcome your criticisms or comments.--Derek Braithwaite (talk) 04:10, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I noticed your edit to this article, so allow me to say hi and welcome to Wikipedia. Inglourious Basterds has actually been nominated for good article status, so do feel free to help out- it needs some work doing to it before it can be passed. you should be able to find some tips at Talk:Inglourious Basterds/GA1 when I get round to writing out my comments! Do drop me a line if you need any help getting around. HJMitchell You rang? 04:51, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I will take you up on that. Thanks I am truly fascinated by the whole wiki phenomenon. My family at the Christmas table got an education on the anthropological significance of the fact that wiki has fundamentally changed what has always been thought of as true, that humans are willing to contribute to something without getting credit and how it's got the universities and think tanks clammering. --Derek Braithwaite (talk) 05:10, 18 January 2010 (UTC) talkback/derek braithwaite[reply]

Strange really, isn't it? Thousands of people giving up their time to keep a project like this running! We can always use all the help we can get though! The one thing I always found very strange though is the way that people come on here with no other intention than wrecking what other people do! But, people are strange! Anyway, my offer's always open- if you find yourself with nothing to do or you get stuck (Wikipedia is huge- everyone gets lost at some point!), I'll probably be around. Other than that, the best advice I can offer you is to be bold and enjoy yourself! HJMitchell You rang? 06:56, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
