I want to write on your page but it is locked?
- When your first account was blocked from editing, that meant you, as an individual, was blocked from editing. Creating new accounts is not allowed. The only thing you are allowed to do on Wikipedia is log in to your original account and post an unblock request there – that would need to include a promise not to make any edits related to Happy Science, since the reason you were blocked was your disruption of several articles about that organisation and its founder. --bonadea contributions talk 14:24, 31 October 2019 (UTC)
You have an arbitrary interpretation. No such rule is written anywhere. I created an account for the first time. So I have never been blocked.
