AL Section Years

[edit]

Hi Detty2.0, Here are the sections on AL's article as they stand now:

  1. 2006–2008: The Best Damn Thing
  2. 2010–present: "Alice" and fourth studio album

Lavigne didn't sit around doing nothing in 2009. She recorded Alice and she began recording album #4 in mid-2009. She began designing new clothes and she went through a divorce (the latter affecting the music). That history will eventually expand further once Avril gives some interviews. 2009 has to go somewhere. So where do you think it would fit best: 2006–2009: The Best Damn Thing? Or 2009–present: Alice? It's one or the other. Otherwise, someone else will come along and make the decision for you. –Kerαunoςcopiagalaxies 11:12, 28 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hate U

[edit]

You obviously don't understand how these things work. Mimi's album was released september 28, 2009. You could download the whole album or individual tracks. These 'tracks' are not counted as a single release because in theory you can buy any song from any album... so then under your logic every song from the album is a single release. that doesnt make sense. Here's an example Song 1 is an example of an album song that can be downloaded (note the release date). Single 1 is an example of an actual single release. (notice that the release dates are different). Lil-unique1 (talk) 17:19, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Those covers off Ebay were fake. The song had no official artwork which means no artwork should be uploaded to Wikipedia. The promo CD was released as JUST A CD with H.A.T.E.U. and the tracklist written on it. No case, no art. Here's what it looked like. Please stop adding the other cover back to re-make of Butterfly was included in the "Memoirs..." CD. Jayy008 (talk) 17:22, 1 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
