E-Services Peer Review[edit]

E-service article does a good job at listing the different areas of e-service, but it could use some brushing up in content instead of just bullet points. I like the use of the links in this article that relate to e-service. Naturally, the definition of e-service is very broad, a condensed re-structure of a more understanding definition could help. It looks like some citations need to be added in a few areas. As well as some information is old and could be updated finding new, more reliable sources. The most important way to improve this article is to add more content. After reviewing your article, it has given me some insight on how to improve my own. I think the article starts out pretty good but then I quickly got distracted trying to keep track of the subheadings. I think maybe narrowing down or even combining some of the article, instead of trying to hit all the different points at once would help it feel focused. I do think that you should expand on some of the sections and give it some more content to work with. Kirbkati (talk) 00:15, 12 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

E-services[edit]

Hi! I wanted to drop you a note about your additions to e-services. The section is overall good, however I need to caution you about relying too heavily on WP:PRIMARY sources (things released by the businesses you're writing about) and about editorializing. By this I mean that while the content is good, you need to be careful not to include things that could be seen as personal opinions on the businesses. It can be tough to catch this when you first start editing, so it's something to keep an eye out for. I know that it was something I had an issue with when I first began editing. I did some editing to help with this, so no worries.

Other than that, the content looks good! Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:04, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
