I understood the reason for block and have removed all the promotional content from my article as per the policy. Decline reason:

Far from indicating that you understand the reason for the block and will not do the same again, everything you have posted since being blocked makes it abundantly clear that you wish to be unblocked precisely so that you can do the same again.
