Hi! I have had to remove your request from request for permissions because it did not use the process required, and was unactionable. I though I would come here and provide a little assistance. First, we cannot upload files/images to your sandbox - they should only be in the immediate process of being used in a live article. It's also important to understand WP:COPYRIGHT - for example, if the file came from someone else, it's not usually allowable on Wikipedia ES&L 11:03, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ES&L thank you

Hi ES&L

Many thanks for your advice and helpful links. Appreciate the gesture and will definitely consider being adopted by an advanced editor.

Once again, many thanks for the advice and tips you have given me.

Blocke G5

[edit]

Hi,

NawlinWiki has blocked my account and I really am unsure as to why. I was sent a link by a host in Live Chat which directed me to a list of 400 articles that currently require spell checking, grammar checking etc. I was more than happy to look at these articles and replace misspelt words with the correct spellings etc. I received positive feedback and was invited to the Tea Room for my contributions. I would have been happy to continue proof reading these articles and correcting spelling mistakes etc.

I also created an article entitled The Stacy Blackmun Consulting which was deleted by NawlinWiki - again I am unsure as to why.

Can someone please advise as to why I have been blocked.

Kind regards DiCR44 (talk) 12:23, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You are blocked as a sockpuppet account, used to evade a validly-imposed community-ban ES&L 12:43, 15 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I totally apologise if I have done something wrong here, I was awarded a freelance job through the Elance website and was just following instructions as emailed to me. It's the first time I have ever used Wikipedia as anything other than a source of general information for my own personal use/interests and did not realise what I was being asked to do might create a conflict of interest. Once again I sincerely apologise if the instructions I was given to carry out has breached Wikipedia's terms and conditions.
