Deproding Article

[edit]

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from Michelle Belanger, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! --SiIIyLiIIyPiIIy (talk) 23:21, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Further clarification

[edit]

The Michelle Belanger fails to qualify for WP:Prod because it has:

  • previously been undeleted
  • been discussed at AfD

Please see the How it works section of WP:Prod for why this article may not qualify for the {{prod}} tag.--SiIIyLiIIyPiIIy (talk) 23:21, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

SiIIyLiIIyPiIIy is correct that an article which has been through AfD cannot be prodded. The appropriate course of action if you have concerns about the AfD is to raise the matter with the AfD closer - User:Juliancolton. If still not satisfied you can take the matter to WP:DRV. DRV is not for when you simply disagree with the outcome - it is for when you feel there was something inappropriate about the AfD process or close. SilkTork *YES! 07:31, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just for further reference, the issues with this article have been discussed with Julian and the prodding for deletion was her own advice. DianaLeCrois  : 15:19, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Can you please link to the diff where the advice to prod was discussed with Julian. Ebonyskye (talk) 08:41, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There is no diff for the discussion since it was not held here at Wikipedia, but you can check the confirmation to SilkTork in here [1]. However, we have then noticed this particular article should not be prodded given its history at AfD and DRV. DianaLeCrois  : 12:09, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Do you want to collaborate in the edition of Jessie J's page?

[edit]

Hi, I'm JD3rulo. The thing is that I'm a huge fan of Jessie J, I have made changes in her page, but other users have removed them, replying that the links I referred to don't belong to reliable sources. So I'm wondering if you could dedicate part of your time in helping me to fill some topics that are abandoned, such as Jessie J's vocal type, range and also writing updated news about her career lately. I hope you can help me, cause it seems Jessie's page has been forgotten. If you need some help to write about any article or making research, you can count on me, so this is the only thing I can give you: my friendship to make wikipedia a better and updated site. Chao, have a nice day!JD3rulo (talk) 09:51, 16 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
