Hello Dickandharry, I've noticed that you have added a number of external links on various Wikipedia articles. However, it is very likely that most of these will be reverted as they do not meet Wikipedia's policy on external links. Please note that we are trying to create an encyclopedia and that adding links to your personal blog may violate several policies, such as WP:NPOV, WP:N and WP:NOR. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write to me on my talk page or ask for help by placing {{helpme}} on your talk page. Your external links generally all point to a blog/personal website and would be classified on the list of Wikipedia:External links#Links normally to be avoided under bullet point number 12. Furthermore, I believe bullet point number 14 on the same list also applies; external links should provide additional insight into the material of the article, but it seems to me that someone reading about CPR, for example, would not gain any additional knowledge from the link you posted. I must, however, also admit that the External links section of articles is often one of the most hotly debated sections (because the policy is specifically vague). By all means, I encourage you to be bold in your edits (that's what we're all about) and we'll see what the general consensus is among the various editors. All the best, Andrewjuren(talk) 22:54, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
