Welcome Dikshajain08!
I'm S0091, one of the other editors here, and I hope you decide to stay and help contribute to this amazing repository of knowledge.

There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:

To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}}
on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes
~~~~
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to your talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.
Hello, Dikshajain08!
Having an article declined at Articles for Creation can be disappointing. If you are wondering why your article submission was declined, please post a question at the Articles for creation help desk. If you have any other questions about your editing experience, we'd love to help you at the Teahouse, a friendly space on Wikipedia where experienced editors lend a hand to help new editors like yourself! See you there! Theroadislong (talk) 21:18, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
Hi Dikshajain08, I took the liberty of cleaning up the article a bit, removing non-encyclopedic content, etc. You are welcome to undo my changes (click undo button in the History). I suggest taking a look at Rodney Leon and following that style (on a side note, he should be mentioned in this article). My other suggestion is to detach yourself from the subject. It is clear you are passionate but one the tricks is become dispassionate (think straight bare-bones facts). If you are struggling, it may be a good idea to post a note at WP:WikiProject Women in Red for assistance/advice. Please do not let the decline discourage you. It simply means "not yet". Writing a Wikipedia article is not easy. S0091 (talk) 22:04, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
[edit]Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Dikshajain08. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. --- Possibly (talk) 03:50, 18 June 2021 (UTC)
- If you are collaborating directly with Nicole Hollant-Denis, then please disclose that. Thanks.--- Possibly (talk) 03:51, 18 June 2021 (UTC)
