August 2017

[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Satya (Bhojpuri film 2017). Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Issuing level 2 warning about removing AfD template from articles before the discussion is complete. (Peachy 2.0 (alpha 8))

[edit]

Information icon Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Satya (Bhojpuri film 2017). Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it.—cyberbot ITalk to my owner:Online 07:12, 16 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Naming Indian films

[edit]

Hello! Thank you for your recent creation of several Indian films. However, when naming new film articles, please follow the naming conventions at WP:NCF. Most films will not need any disambiguation, unless there is another Wikipedia article with the same name. If so, please be WP:PRECISE, and start with "(film)", only adding disambiguation if there is more than one film with that title. The next step is usually to add the year (e.g. "(2013 film)"). Also, please consider adding the {{WikiProject Film}} banner to the talk page of the article, in order for it to be properly classified. Thanks! Fortdj33 (talk) 13:26, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Tere Jaisa Yaar Kahan

[edit]

Hello, Dileepmaa,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Tere Jaisa Yaar Kahan should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tere Jaisa Yaar Kahan .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

DrStrauss talk 16:47, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you can't properly establish that Suhag meets our notability guidelines, specifically WP:GNG, it will always be at risk of deletion. You need references better than blogs. This goes for all of the articles you've created. Please familiarise yourself with our guidelines on reliable sources otherwise these articles are likely to be deleted. ArbCom 2017 election voter message

[edit]

Hello, Dileepmaa. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
