Okay fine, let Gwen's colour be more reddish. Now, I just don't think it's a good idea to put Nick's colour yellow, which can be misunderstood as Pharrell's yellow when you are precisely saying that there is too much pink. Let Nick be the first with a golden colour, then. It isn't an ugly colour.

I never said you were going against the Wikipedia guidelines; I just said you were going against the history of the show, let's say it like that. Please understand that the changes you made were indeed drastic, in my opinion. I've been following the show since 2014, I've always known the table as it is right now. I was even the one that came up with the idea of adding the chairs' order, and people from all the other countries added that to their countries' tables. I'm attached to the show and all the other versions around the world.

Please, just leave Nick's colour. Also, if JHud's colour is pretty much the same, why even change it?

Nick's mustard isn't awful. I guess that's a matter of opinion. Everyone accepted it when it was added in February, so I guess it worked out for (almost) everyone. I was hoping you would keep it since I agree with Gwen's new colour.

Yes, I did create the chairs' order... It was stressful in some other countries' pages.

I just suggested a solution in the table, see if you like it.

The host column never bothered me much; what has always bothered me is the "backstage host" subcolumn. I think the host column is necessary so the table isn't just full of colours. We could reduce the font-size, so the table doesn't seem so cluttered.

Hello again. I have a question: do you think it is necessary to have the winning coach column? I've removed that column in The Voice Portugal Portuguese page; I think it's a waste of space, whereas the coaches are all listed in the chairs' order.

Well, it's okay; I'm already used to undo unjustified changes from people (specially Jomelandeers', who has constantly done stupid edits since the summer). Anyways, you're welcome. Also, I've already changed the colours in each individual season pages. I spend too much time of my life around here, lol!

It's funny how some days ago I was doing the same thing they are doing. And you're right, you changed the colours' shades, not the colours themselves. And believe me, turning Blake to blue would be a TRAGEDY. Hahaha

I guess some people aren't ready for changes, even though they are well justified. The other week, in Hispanic countries' pages, where many coaches take part in series on more than one country, I did some changes so one coach has the same colour in both countries they coach, and it was totally non accepted...

I totally remember when bright blue was chosen for Kelly... God, the rage of some people!

Agreed about purple for a new coach, either male or female ;), would be excelent. "#ee82ee", "f781f3", "f4bbee", "#E0B0FF" are shades of purple and have been used in other countries.

To be honest, the show needs four new coaches in my opinion. I love the current coaches + Nick; however, everything is starting to feel very repetitive. They should also have coaches in more music genres... I feel that Blake, Kelly, and Gwen, all have a link with country. Also, they should do one season per year...

To be honest, even though I love the show, two seasons per year is too much and tires it :( . Like, the summer pause is cool, but now season 19 will end next week, and in two months starts a new one. That break is short, in my opinion. They could invest in a kids or senior version; that would be super innovative.

I don't care for small-minded people who think purple can't be used for a male coach... If most people agree with it, purple for a man it is!

I would love to see Alicia, Jennifer, Shakira and Usher all back for coaching. Maybe Shakira would finally get a finalist hehe.

I've been thinking this new line-up for a while. In my honest opinion, the show needs a shakeup. Get rid of Blake (even though I love him), get rid of Kelly, and get rid of John. Get Jennifer back, and invite Eminem and Lee Brice for new coaches; I didn't know which pop-py blonde artist should join, but as you like Taylor Swift, put her in that mix too! They could then alternate seasons with each line-up, for example, this new one in each spring, and then Blake/Kelly/John/Gwen or Nick for each fall.

P.S: Idea - switch Shakira's purple for this violet, "#ee82ee". I think it fits her.

I know, if they get rid of Blake, the ratings will go downhill... But, I've seen so many people complaining that viewers only vote for team Blake because of him, and not the artists themselves... and if you pay attention to comments on social media, there are always people saying it's "The Country Voice", and not "The Voice" anymore. Idk... I think one season without Blake, just to experience it, would be good for the show and Blake himself.

And I guess I agree: two consistent and another two rotating works well. To be honest, I wasn't expecting John to stay for so long, I thought he would be like Pharrell, coaching in just 4 seasons and then left; but he's going for the fifth, and his finalists have all been placing well. I even think he might win season 19.

Do you think we can see Alicia and/or JHud again in the show? I don't know why, but I'm not so confident... Something that I'd love to see is 3 female coaches and one male (Blake, haha). It isn't usually seen. Something else that I thought the other day, was having a duo-coach. I guess Blake & Gwen would work for that.

You're correct; getting rid of Blake is completely unfair. And yes, a new coach with a huge fan-base is what the show needs. I'd love to see Rihanna or Lady Gaga in the show, or Taylor, who would bring lots of viewers as well (I even have some colours in mind for all of them, hehe). Other trending artists at the moment, who would help the show a lot, would be Ariana Grande or even Nicki Minaj! Did you watch The Voice UK with Meghan Trainor? Do you know if she did a good job?

As for the three female coaches and Blake, I don't know if it will happen anytime soon. Even though, I'd love to see Kelly, or Gwen, or Shakira with Alicia, or JHud. I don't know if you catch up on it, but the rumours for The Voice Australia are leading for a line-up with 3 females and 1 male. It seems that Ricki-Lee Coulter, and Tones & I are pretty much confirmed to join the show, and Guy Sebastian will come back. The majority of rumoured names to take the fourth spot are female; Kylie Minogue might come back, or even some say it will be Mariah Carey.

I didn't know Carter had so many fans; to be honest, he's my least favourite out of the finalists (that doesn't mean I don't like him), but Gwen finally winning would be awesome. :D

Well, first: I think it would highly difficult to put all names in just one line. Have you seen the name "Thunderstorm Artis"?? It's huuuuuuge.

Secondly, if you really wanna try it, you need to reduce the font size in the edit source, at the beginning ot the table: " {| class="wikitable" style="text-align:center; font-size:95%; line-height:16px;" width="100%" ...

I don't think it looks good without the host column... too many colours, and a lack of white. Iy doesn't work! Also, couldn't it be possible to pick a goldish colour for Nick? I think that yellow is TOO bright.

Awww, that was nice; thank you!! I've actually been using a orange like that in other pages, because I think the previous orange was a waste to be used only with coaches that participated in just one season. I didn't change Alicia's, because the colour was well used in the American table. Once again, thanks. Orange is my favorite colour, so I like to see it used in these tables.

I've thought about that as well, in the portuguese wiki pages, some just have the year of the seasons. I don't know if having Fall/Spring is necessary, but I'm not from the US, so I don't know if it is actually something that you say formally. I guess you can try it.

Haha, nice! I am kind of a The Voice freak, lol. I like to watch many seasons. Did you watch The Voice UK with Rita Ora, season 4? She was just announced to coach for The Voice Australia 2021. I'm super happy that the Australian season 10 will have a(n almost) new line-up. :D

Well... I'm still trying to understand what he/she/they meant with "Alicia's colour should not overpower Blake's or Adam's"... Like, SERIOUSLY? Adam's and Blake's colours are SO faded! Every other darker colour (which are a lot) will overpower them... That was a dumb argument. In seasons 18 and 19 pages I've kinda been with a disagreement with that user too. I wanted to change the colour that indicates the "Fifth place", in that initial table with all the teams members, because it was TOO identical with another key colour, and they said I was "going against the scheme of colours that was already established"... Man... I just don't want people to be confused about each artists placement... Finally, I "won" and I changed it to another colour; well at least the last time I checked, "my" colour was there.

But anyways... Try to go to the Talk Page of The Voice, show your reasons and your intentions of these changes. Leave it there for some days; wait until some one says anything, whether they agree or not with your changes! Also, they falsely accused you of not justifying; YOU DID JUSTIFY! (Right?) Add that to the Talk Page, as well.

Also, don't worry about your Alicia's orange; I've used it in other pages (hope you don't mind) and it is always saved in the table I did here in your talk page! :D

Good afternoon. I'm seeing that I have a lot to catch up on... And I wanted to tell you something (with no intention of upsetting you) and it's about Gwen's red: in boxes like Jeffery in season 9, and now Carter and Gwen herself in season 19, their names are hyperlinked, which means they are blue. And sometimes it might be difficult for people with vision problems, like colorblind, to understand what's written. Is it possible for you to come up with a lighter red? I have a colorblind friend and I know how difficult it is for him sometimes... Please consider! The user Doggy54321 didn't accept that red in The Voice Australia because of this and I kinda agree with them...

Regarding Alicia's orange, don't worry I'll show my opinion as soon as I can. :)

I found very interesting the light purple for Jennifer, very cool! I remember when Jennifer debuted as coach, her first colour was similar to that (#f4bbff); but someone else just came and swapped for light pink for some reason. I remember I tried to put back the purple, but I didn't accomplish it. Sad...

Yep… lots of African American singers competing in The Voice are great. I’m sorry some Americans have to be like that! Also, it looks like that John’s artist aren’t placing very well these past seasons… I like him, but unfortunately, I can see him leaving after season 20. I can see them bringing someone back or someone new to replace him and Nick, and let’s see if they have two rotating coaches + Blake/Kelly! I even came up with "duos" I'd like to see for the rotating coaches: Gwen+John; Nick+JHud or Alicia; and Usher+Shakira or a new female singer. Charlie Puth with plum would be very nice to see hehe :D

Those line-ups are very nice!! I never thought about Miley coming back to the show, since she was not so successful as coach.

I love JHud's personality too! She's amazing! And to be honest, I was hoping that she would win with Kennedy in season 15... But, I guess it's kinda obvious why they didn't win. And you're right, Alicia and Kelly made it difficult for Blake haha. Plus!! I really wanna see 3 females + Blake.

EXACTLY!! Two coaches rotating as before would be nice! It has been sometime since we had two coaches rotating... Last time was from season 6 to 7, I think. From 7 to 10, only Gwen and Christina rotated; on 11 and 12, it was Miley and Gwen; then season 13 actually rotated two coaches; from 14 to 16, Kelly arrived and African American coaches rotated. And now, after Adam left, it's how we already know... Your line-ups were very cool. I guess we can see Usher coming back, since he has been active on the show. Even though I love Alicia, I don't know if she'll come back... After season 11, she said she wouldn't came back, and then she actually came for season 14... I don't know, thb.

They are both very faded and are warm colours, so I think they can be misunderstood; I don't think it's pleasant to have those similar colours close to each other. Again, colorblind people will see them as the same colour! If you want to change something so that Pharrell's and Nick's colours are different, I would suggest darkening Nick's gold-ish. And, good Lord! It's getting so annoying to see so many people undoing the new colours... :/

Well, well, well! We asked for something new for season 20 and they gave us John and Nick swapping places. :D It might seem irrelevant, but I'm sure it will provide a good dynamic, specially with Blake being Nick's number #1 fan hehe!!

Good afternoon! How have you been? I've seen your edits on The Voice 21 regarding the "Voice Comeback" twist, and I wanted to ask where did you see that info? Was it told in the show? I don't know, it just feels weird and kind of unfair to see these eliminated artists to be in the same position as the playoffs losers... At least it was how I understood from your comments. @MarcioRob24: I'm doing fine! What about you? It was indicated on the official voting rules page (link: https://voice.vote.nbc.com/rules). "Viewers will select one artist to compete in the November 9th Playoffs Save". So basically, the Wildcard Instant Save for the Playoffs next Tuesday will have 5 artists instead of 4 (one artist from each team + the Comeback artist). I hate this twist so much; it's so stupid. I'm fine with Knockout eliminations getting a 2nd chance because some deserved a steal (like Hailey Green) but battle eliminations shouldn't be competing with artists who got through the Knockouts and earned their spot in the Playoffs. On the bright side, the twist really doesn't affect who gets public votes and the coach save so most of the Top 12 remains unaffected. :) Disney1024 (talk) 16:25, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
