June 2015[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm LongLiveMusic. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Discovery Science (Asia) without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Astro全佳HD.png[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Astro全佳HD.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 05:43, 24 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Disney Drama. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you have an external relationship with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article MediaCorp Channel 5‎, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. Note that Wikipedia's terms of use require disclosure of your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. -

I could list numerous other articles about MediaCorp Channels as well - please stop editing these pages or you will be blocked - Arjayay (talk) 10:06, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Coming soon[edit]

It has already been explained to you, in the section WP:CRYSTAL above that "TBD" and "Coming soon" content is not encyclopedic, so should not be added.
Furthermore all information you add to articles must be sourced to a reliable source. None of the information I have seen you add is sourced at all. Any further unsourced additions will be reverted. - Arjayay (talk) 17:55, 3 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Disney Drama, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

You are edit warring across several articles which is jeopardizing your editing privilege. Continuing to revert to your preferred versions of these articles without obtaining a consensus for introducing content that contravenes Wikipedia's guidelines will result in the blocking of your account. Please read the policy page linked in the title of this section. Also, read WP:Bold, revert, discuss cycle, WP:Verifiability, WP:Identifying reliable sources and WP:Citing sources. I will watch list this page in the event you have questions. Tiderolls 12:34, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Coming soon (again)[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. One of your recent contributions to Astro NJOI has been reverted or removed, because it contains speculative or unconfirmed information about a future event. Please only add material about future events if it is verifiable, based on a reliable source. - Arjayay (talk) 12:50, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Astro NJOI, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 12:50, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
