Hi Professor Rotramel, my initial plan is to set up an appointment with Rose Oliviera from the archives (I already have one appointment scheduled for next Monday at 4). To prepare for the appointment, I plan on reviewing all sources currently cited in the article and determining what kind or type of sources could stand to be used to provide better or newer insights.Dlstahl (talk) 19:59, 14 September 2016 (UTC)

Devon- 1.) The first thing i noticed is how much you wrote- there is so much information and it shows how much research you did and how much hard work you put into this project. 2.) I am super confused about the layout of your page- Your topic is Women's Land Army of America and underneath of that i was expecting like a little summary of lead of the most important info and a good overview of Women's Land Army of America- but it says: "Please note the layout here is meant to reflect the original layout of the Women's Land Army of America article as honestly as possible." I'm so confused as to what this means / why its important. Also maybe Say that WLAA means Women's Land Army of America ex. Women's Land Army of America (WLAA). I just had to look back up and see oh what does that mean- it would be more clear for the reader. :) I also think everything is clumped together and its 2 massive paragraphs one about World War 1 and WW2- this is very daunting it scares me maybe split it up to make it more pleasing for the reader. I am so so impressed with all the information you have included. Is there any possible way to include a picture/are there any pictures? That obviously isn't very important, but I'm just throwing it out there. Are you planning on keeping the original short introduction that is already included on the Wiki page? For section World War I, maybe include the first sentence about who was in WLAA in the introduction paragraph because it sits alone. The facts, dates, and people are all very nicely placed to give background. This may be a lot of work and is not necessary, but think about adding subheadings and breaking down the WWI and WWII sections into smaller subsections like funding and training. That may break it up and create fluidity. The grammar looks very good. For section World War II, are you going to take out the bullet point at the beginning of the paragraph? Will the paragraph stay in one big chunk then? It might work better to break it up (I know you have probably already thought of this). Include more hyperlinks to other Wikipedia articles for things like "United States Department of Agriculture". Some of your periods are outside the citation and some are inside- I'm not sure which is preferred, but trying to keep it uniform will look better. Again, the facts and details are spot on. Your references are also diverse and I did not notice any instances of you paraphrasing or writing without correctly citing, so good work on that! All in all, very well done and interesting information.

Vanessa - Thank you for your comments and peer review! I should have mentioned that a page for the Women's Land Army of America already exists, and I have only put my own additions into my sandbox. I have not included pre-existing information on the original page. Sorry for the confusion! That being said, I definitely can see how the large amounts of texts is not feasible. I will definitely work on formatting and allocation of different topics to different sections

Hannah - Thank you for your suggestions, I really appreciate the time you took to review my sandbox. You make a great point about the lack of pictures, I will definitely research some options to add to the page. Thank you for suggesting different subheadings! Fortunately there is enough information to comprise a Funding section, a Recruitment section, and a Training/Employment section. I will be making those changes soon...including deleting the bullet point (I don't even know why that was there lol), breaking up the WWII text, and adding hyperlinks.
