MCRD no longer supports the larger DoD community. Given the considerable DoD $$$ invested in MCRD MWR facilities I am urging my command to take this to appropriate level.DoD GS-13 San Diego (talk) 20:52, 16 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

They claim this has been their policy since 2008 and they plan to further restrict access in 2011. Hopefully high level pressure will be brought to bare on the CG.
