Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this deleted page. Probably the best idea is to create a version of the article in your userspace (e.g. by clicking on User:Docfaraday/reSIProcate and editing there). Once you've got it looking the way you want, and you believe it meets our notability requirements (particularly those at WP:WEB and WP:ORG), you can move it back into article space and re-create the article. That will avoid any further deletions while you're working on getting it to meet the notability bar. Let me know if you have any questions, and sorry again for the delay in getting back to you.
