Marcell Rodden[edit]

You wrote on the AFD page:

Interesting, and rather hypocritical, that you would say that after having created pages for Lehrer and Ruttle who are cetainly no more worthy of articles than Rodden.Hoodwink 02:15, 5 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Since the definitions of Ruttle and Lehrer were quickly removed, I suppose they are not interesting enough to be in Wikipedia. Therefore, neither is Mr. Rodden. Dogmatic 14:39, 7 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the barnstar. :D Imstillhere 04:20, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Northern Alliance Photo[edit]

How is the Northern Alliance photo badfairuse? The source, which is provided, is the same as other photos from the same source. I'll admit that I'm still a bit shakey on the rules regarding copywright, but as far as I know the Northern Alliance didn't copywright their images while their website was active. That's fair. I've contacted an administrator to see if this is a violation and if so it should be removed. There is another photo that could perhaps be used that was used in the London Free Press, should permission be granted by the newspaper if this is an issue. Time will tell.AnnieHall 01:05, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Guess again, Einstein. 74.14.97.127 01:48, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I formatted the article, I didn't write it, but it looks to me from reading the typed words that Terry Murphy is a police detective in the London hate crimes unit and that his comments are properly sourced to a London Free Press article. Since when are police detectives not acceptable sources? What are you, some sort of left-wing anarchist or something?

Prominence of Richard Warman[edit]

Warman is certainly a prominent human rights lawyer. A simple Google search of his names yields valuable information on his contributions to conferences, seminars, and talks - which which he is regularly invited to school NGO leaders and police officials on his style of combating online hatred. Furthermore, simple Factiva or InfoMart searches provide dozens of articles in which Warman is quoted by reporters, being the first source they go to for an opinion on matters of online extremism. Prominence is not a matter of opinion. Random House Dictionary refers to prominence as being:

1. standing out so as to be seen easily; conspicuous; particularly noticeable 2. standing out beyond the adjacent surface or line; projecting. 3. leading, important, or well-known: a prominent citizen.

Based on the above-noted definitions, and the plethora of information on Warman which can be found online and offline, I am hereby reinstating my previous mention of him as a "prominent" person in his Wikipedia biography.

Tri-City Skins and the Canadian Ethnic Cleansing Team Nominated for Deletion[edit]

I've know that you have an interest in the Canadian far right. Perhaps you would want to provide your input on whether these two articles should be kept as they are, modified, or deleted as per the nomination? AnnieHall 05:33, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
