A tag has been placed on Hartlepool Sixth Form College, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Sorry? You haven't been banned at all; accusing me of being North Korea-esque, however, means you have started walking down that path. I tagged it for deletion because it reads as an advertisement, and er.. it does. Sentences like "With a new college nearing completion and its international links strengthening, Hartlepool Sixth Form College is poised for even greater success in the coming years." are WP:SPAMtastic, and not written in an appropriate way. The message I left you gave you several ways to contest the deletion, none of which you took; THAT, along with the "welcome to Wikipedia" message you seem to have conveniently ignored, was your "you've made a mistake" comment. I'd be interested to see if you can come up with citations, and if those citations don't immediately lead me to the source of something I suspect is a massive copyright violation. Comments like "too close for comfort" after you accused me of a North Korea-esque attitude are hardly likely to improve the situation, are they? The problem is that you haven't attributed them as direct quotes, and as a result it is just one massive copyright violation. Using references is hardly difficult; you put <ref>source goes here</ref> after every bit you want to attribute to a particular source and then {{Reflist}} at the bottom of the page. Oh, and where have you been informed you "cannot post"? Ironholds (talk) 17:45, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
