This image may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Liga Americana.png. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the image qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. cohesiontalk 01:14, 17 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Provincia_Autónoma_Hebrea.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

HEY=[edit]

Using extreme language such as rightfully expelled is not neutral point of view. As you did here [2] NPOV is a wikipedia policy. Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Dominican Republic, you will be blocked from editing. 170.37.227.10 22:12, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am going to answer in my own discussion page, because you (user 170.37.227.10) don't have one.
First off, it was not me who added the word "rightfully". If you look at it, I was the one who removed it. Second, doing only one edit is not considered vandalism (remember wikipedia asks to be bold). Besides, what I am doing here is trying to get to a more neutral point of view. It looks like the editor(s) is(are) trying to overcorrect the fact that Dominicans try to deny our black heritage by totally denying our Spanish descent. Either one we reject is wrong.

Hey[edit]

Yes i think it can be done bro..It's good to see that you want to help out in this Article too!!(one of the wikipedians acussed me of a vandal too)by the way My cousin is writing a whole new History section for the Dominican Republic and it will shortly be done and pasted into the article(it will have book references and Internet References too!). His user name is User:Jonathanmbaez and he agreed to help us out with this page. I realize is real bad to edit this Dominican Republic article because some wikipedians add information that is not neutreal and that is not accurate either but hopefully we can handle to fix this up!I am going to ask an administrator to Semi-protect the article so Annonymous IP's can't edit!(that will help out against vandals)

I'll try to keep in touch!if you want to see my edits in other dominican Articles See:

or simply see my userpage for more info EdwinCasadoBaez 23:14, 23 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lets Cool Down[edit]

I think we should get over all this fighting and lets all try to be constructive..Hey bro lets ignore negative comments too because if not we not going to go anywhere..I Made a new section in the discussion of the DR article exclusively made for expanding ideas and thougths!EdwinCasadoBaez 07:31, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove cited material. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. 64.131.205.111 18:47, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I will also answer you in my own talk page.
Your addition of the "Crime" section was deleted not because it wasn't cited, but because it is POV. If you are planning to do major changes (like creating a new section, please discuss it on the talk page).Dominican 18:53, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The section was discussed for a couple of days if you look at the talk page. That is why another user created the Crime in DR article as well to expand on it. 64.131.205.111 18:59, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Archive[edit]

I reverted your archive for the following reason " there are too many conversations going on. i added your end comments to the bottom of the article. when you archive you place in old conversations. not conversations in progress." [3]64.131.205.111 22:05, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Archive can be done.. i created a section of where to begin and where to end if you so choose 64.131.205.111 04:47, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Crime in the Dominican Republic[edit]

A "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article Crime in the Dominican Republic, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
