The actual citation for the book by McCarter (Textual criticism) is: McCarter, P. K. (1986). Textual criticism: recovering the text of the Hebrew Bible. Philadelphia, PA, USA: Fortress Press. Fortress Press is located in Philadelphia, PA as imprinted on the title page, and the lower case p. should be capitalized as it is the initial for Paul. Kyle is correct.
