The close of no consensus does not accurately reflect the full state of that discussion, as while there was no consensus for the initially proposed target of 2023 Vračar shooting, there was a clear consensus for 2023 Belgrade school shooting. By the numbers, there were 9 editors in favour of 2023 Belgrade school shooting versus 5 in favour of Belgrade school shooting. Additionally the consensus for inclusion of the year in the title is stronger as it is compliant with the relevant naming convention for this type of article WP:NCE. Thanks.
