License tagging for Image:IRC Logo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:IRC Logo.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:08, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Canvassing

[edit]

Hi, I have reverted two of your internal-link additions, they appear to be canvassing (see also WP:SPAM). I also would like you to read WP:COI, since the tone of your new article Industrial Refrigeration Consortium (IRC), and the internal links to that article appear promotional, as does the tone of the article. Thank you. --Dirk Beetstra T C 10:14, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits to IRC

[edit]

Hello, thank you for your contributions. But could you please have a look at our manual of style? I have re-added the {{wikify}} to the article, since the layout of the article is not conform the manual of style. Please leave the tag there until the article has been sufficiently restyled. Thank you. --Dirk Beetstra T C 13:11, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove the {{wikify}} tag, but discuss things on this talkpage, or on the talkpage of the article. Thank you. --Dirk Beetstra T C 13:40, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia articles, such as those you made to Industrial Refrigeration Consortium (IRC), even if your ultimate intention is to revert them. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Pyrospirit Flames Fire 02:16, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Industrial Refrigeration Consortium requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Hz. tiang 08:27, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
