Annoying Legal Terms

Would somebody please tell me what the term "limit access to" really means. I am stuck wondering whether it means that someone could confiscate and delete materials property of and created by me, or just that they could forbid me from using them.

Gaming Association

Me and my friends are attempting to start up a group in Illinois that travels around and holds contests for whatever games we happen to be into at the time. We would like to assemble a list of those in the area interested and then try for some corporate sponsors. If anyone from Illinois reads this, then please drop me an email at "danwilliams37@yahoo.com". We plan to be non-profit and would like to run completely on donations and corporate sponsorship. Most of the games would probably be for PC, XBox 360, or PlayStation 2 (we exclude the PS3 because of cost only, my personal dislike for it had ablolutely no bearing on that decision). Basically, my friends and I would have 4 to 5 consoles between us and would ask that participants bring a console, game, other acessories, food/drink, or make a donation. There would probably be no prize money for the victor, but they would get either a crappy trophy or crappy plack (plus bragging rights), because we would run a non-profit organization.
