Welcome!

Hello, Drthiruna, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Muzhukkadhan, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may soon be deleted.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Muzhukkadhan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Phileasson (talk) 14:37, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Muzhukkadhan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Needs sourcing otherwise it is of dubious notability and could even be a hoax. This subject area (Kongu Vellalars) has been prone to hoaxes & fringe theories in the past.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. [edit]

Your addition to Muzhukkadhan has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Sitush (talk) 07:13, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning; the next time you harm Wikipedia, as you did at Muzhukkadhan with this edit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Editing

[edit]

Please can you slow down a little with your editing? Take a read of some of the linked articles in the "welcome" message above and remember that an absolute essential here is that your content is reliably sourced. You keep adding unsourced material to the article, and when you do source it (good!) you are using unsuitable websites etc. I am happy to help you out but it is difficult to do when you are editing so quickly and rather badly. How about perhaps listing the sources that you would like to use and then I'll explain what the problems are (if in fact there are any problems). You might learn more quickly that way and it would stop the present flood of warning messages that you are getting. Best wishes - Sitush (talk) 08:11, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Muzhukkadhan, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Sitush (talk) 16:56, 5 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Since my last message of 4 February, you have added numerous items of poor merit. These include content taken from the Tamil Wikipedia, which is not acceptable because no open wiki is a reliable source. I have previously asked you to read the reliable sources guidance. Have you actually done so or are you just going on your merry way here? - Sitush (talk) 17:05, 5 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Muzhukkadhan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Seems to fail WP:GNG. I self-reverted my previous PROD of this article, thinking that I might be able to rescue it. That hope has not been fulfilled.
