SJC Custom Drums[edit]

I see that articles about them have been deleted six times already, mainly for being advertisements, so you need to be careful, or the title will be salted - protected to prevent re-creation. If you want to see how not to do it, the latest version, the one which I deleted, said "The brothers and their crew pride themselves on the craftsmanship, innovation, customer service and passion for their custom drums. Offering virtually unlimited options, each kit is custom made to the customers' exact specifications by the skilled craftsmen at SJC and backed by unrivaled customer service. Check us out at www.sjcdrums.com!"

The first thing to realise is that this is an encyclopedia, not a notice-board, and certainly not a free advertising service. An anyone-can-edit encyclopedia is very vulnerable to people trying to promote themselves, their companies, their garage bands, their products, their ideas; and Wikipedia is extremely sensitive about being used in that way.

Speedy deletion nomination of SJC Custom Drums[edit]

Your article[edit]

Have you read any of the guidelines I gave you above? Read WP:Your first article carefully. Then read the sections "Non-notable topics" and "Gathering references" again. A two-line article with no references that just says that the company exists does nothing to show notability. You need references from reliable independent sources to show that people independent of the company have thought it interesting and important enough to write about; if nobody has, it won't get an article.

About the other articles: there are plenty of articles here that shouldn't be, but that is not a reason for allowing more - see What about article X?.
