Speedy deletion of Ray Hackett Racing[edit]

A tag has been placed on Ray Hackett Racing requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. D-Day (talk) 17:37, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Please don't create such short, unreferenced articles. Thanks. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 14:45, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Lee-Ann Liebenberg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. A tag has been placed on Rick Asadoorian, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

It is a recreation of deleted material Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rick Asadoorian

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Spanneraol (talk) 17:20, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. This article seems like it is under development. I think it would be better suited in a sandbox until it is ready to be an article. I can help you move it to User:Duke2110/Lehigh Valley Multi-Purpose Sport Complex if you'd like.--TParis00ap (talk) 14:06, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Lehigh Valley Multi-Purpose Sport Complex[edit]

Thanks for the nice words. Usually, I dread getting messages, becuase it's always someone complaining about what I did to "their" article...thanks again! RMc (talk) 14:49, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article UMass Softball Complex has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unencycloeadic content

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. AfD nomination of Brad Baker[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Brad Baker. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Brad Baker. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:14, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright Issue[edit]

I noticed that you removed most of the copyrighted content from Key West Conchs and slightly rewrote what remains. I thought you might like to know that I have blanked the page as a continuing copyright violation, as the material that remains is still a close paraphrase of the source and thus still infringes copyright. VernoWhitney (talk) 15:46, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Chris R. Farley has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not meet notability or Wikipedia:NSPORT#Baseball.

The article Lee-Ann Liebenberg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Seems to be a non-notable stunt double who doesn't meet the notability guidelines.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. Wikilinking[edit]

Hi, and thanks for your work on the English Wikipedia.

I noticed an article you worked on. Just a short note to point out that we don’t normally link:

  • dates
  • years
  • commonly known geographical terms (including well-known country-names), and
  • common terms you’d look up in a dictionary (unless significantly technical).

This even applies for infoboxes.

Thanks and my best wishes.

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Jason Rabedeaux, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Jason Rabedaux. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 19:58, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
