stop Please do not continue edit-warring to add inappropriate external links. Persistent additions of such links to Wikipedia can lead to sites being blacklisted, which, as well as preventing their use on Wikipedia, can also aversely affect serch engine rankings. The content you are adding is not appropriate under our guidelines for article embedded lists, nor does it meet our external links policy.
In addition, it appears from your username that you have a conflict of interest regarding the subject of the link; please see our guideline for editors with conflicts of interest. Yunshui  07:37, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Phil,

You simply took my user name and assumed a conflict of interest without any base of the merits of my post. I am happy to pursue dispute resolution in this matter.

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to James Ferguson, 1st Laird of Pitfour may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 22:09, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

I have blocked your account for one week due to your abuse of multiple accounts with User:Snowwhite2468. In addition, be advised that attacking an article created by an editor with whom you are in a dispute is regarded as disruptive editing - in this case, you are also deliberately misinterpreting Wikipedia's verifiability policy in order to support your antagonistic editing. When the block expires, you are welcome to make constructive contributions, but continued attempts to add inappropriate promotional links or to evade this block with alternate accounts will simply result in further sanctions. You may appeal this block by placing the code {{unblock|Your reason here}} on this page, but please read the guide to appealing a block before doing so. Yunshui  07:00, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
