The page is incorrectly formatted. Please review the guide to article creation and the manual of style together with MOS:HEAD. MOst of the early headings are parameters within an infobox; use Template:Infobox person if no more specific one can be found. Headings ahould be in 'sentence case' and should not have 'big' or 'small' or bolding within them. There are a lot of errors in the referencing (reference 2 has it correct) and the {{Reflist}} template is missing also.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to User:EJHeath/sandbox and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.

If the item can be copy-edited into line with other Wikipedia articles it should be resubmitted as it appears the subject could well be notable. Unfortunately there are so many formatting anomalies that it is rather a lot to expect other volunteers to sort out. Happy editing. Ask for help if you need it.
