WP:WSS only deals with templates and categories, so article requests isn't something we can help you with, but please go to WP:AFC instead where others can help you. They can also help you if you find any of this to be confusing. You can also simply start the article yourself by clicking Christopher Scott (photographer) and begin typing. When you want to create an article, go to the URL bar (the thing that starts with http://en.wikipedia.org) and type "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ followed by your suggested article name.
