I noticed that one of the first pages you edited was Draft:Edgerton (Rochester, NY neighborhood) ‎No edit summary, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. Hi there,

I live in the neighborhood of Edgerton. That doesn't make a conflict of interest for me to write about the neighborhood. I'm not writing about my home, my workplace, or myself. I don't represent Edgerton politically or otherwise. I'm just a resident. I think residents of New York City can edit the Wikipedia page for that city. I'm confuse why I can't write about my own neighborhood.
