Hi! I submitted an entry for the American dancer and choreographer, Eryc Taylor, a while ago. How do I find out the status of the entry? (i.e. has it been accepted?) I made the submission by using the Wizard. Should I re-submit? Thank you. Edmo49 (talk) 18:31, 20 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The draft is here; it hasn't been reviewed yet. We're severely backlogged with over 1,000 drafts awaiting review, so I must ask for a little more patience. Submitting it again would not help since drafts are sorted by most recent submission - your draft would only look younger than it really is, and you might have to wait even longer.
That said, your draft seems heavily based on blogs or otherwise unreliable sources which are not subject to editorial oversight or even written by the subject himself. Wikipedia content should be based on reliable third-party sources such as articles in newspapers or reputable magazines. You should improve the sourcing, or the draft will likely be declined. Thank you very much for your guidance, Huon. I'll work on finding better sources. Edmo49 (talk) 21:00, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Edmo49. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Eryc Taylor".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Eryc Taylor}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 18:00, 27 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
