I thought username means page name. So, I used Education24net as the username. After creating the account, I wanted to publish the content with proper  information, internal wiki links and citations. But I didn't find anything where I can create a page. I tried again and again, but I didn't found. So, I post the content to my user page. I post the same content as draft to wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Education24.net , but in here, I still didn't found that where to submit this content for review. As, I am looking the for content link like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education24.net . So, I messed up this things. I want to delete the user post: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Education24net , but I want to post as the page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education24.net . As, it's my fault about I didn't know how to fix this, so I think, I should unblocked. And, can you please tell me how to post the News Portals contents in a proper page like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education24.net . If you need more information, please let me know.}}
