I've deleted the page because ultimately when it comes down to it, it doesn't really do anything that the original page couldn't do. I would recommend that a better course of action would be to try to improve the existing page rather than creating a second page that essentially covers the same material but in a slightly different way. Something to take into consideration is that many of these accidents do have articles and that putting a large amount of information on the list page can be seen as redundant, so exercise caution.
