Help with ministries[edit]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministry_of_Surface_Transport_(India) is redundant since the particular ministry do not exist now. The search for ministry of surface transport should be redirected to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministry_of_Road_Transport_and_Highways_(India) instead. I am not sure how to tag it so that the author/someone having it in watch list may take the appropriate action.

Hi, Eliaskurian... Here is what I would do under these circumstances: I would turn the first article, the redundant one, into a REDIRECT to the second article to retain the history of the first article. Then I would focus on the second article and add important and verifiable information to that article. Please remember to sign your talkpage messages with four tildes, like this: ~~~~, and also remember that you can use wikilinks instead of full urls to link to articles, like this: Ministry of Surface Transport (India) and this: Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (India).
