How to prepare a traditional dish in my country[edit]

How to prepare mahangu porridge with mopane worms? Ingredients are as follows: water, mahangu flour, mopane worms, salt, hot chili and cooking oil. Boil two or three cups of water, add mahangu flour and stir continuously. Wait about fifteen to twenty minutes until it thickens.[1] After, add some more flour and stir so that there are no lumps in the porridge. Cover the pot for three to four minutes with adjusted temperature and pour the porridge on a plate. Leave it to cool down. [2]

Put mopane worms in a pot and add a cup of water. Wait for them to boil and pour the boiled water out. Put mopane worms back in a clean pot, add half a cup of water, add cooking oil and a table spoon of salt. When there is a little of water, add hot chili and continue boil until the water simmer up to ten to fifteen minutes. Let the worms to dry a bit and then they will be ready to be eaten.[3] We regard these as a very delicious and excellent dish in our country.
