since you're looking into steps on that refugee resettlement agencies take with their cliental, maybe you can add more information, a sentence or two on each steps? Perhaps expand on what kind of multiple interviews/medical checks? You mentioned that you have a couple sources you want to use for your article’s intro page, so maybe just expand on the information you’d like to put as an introduction. You seem to have a clear idea on what you want to include but just haven't had enough information to expand on. Otherwise, this is a clear, factual and neutral information. And the citations are there and the references yay!!
