Gender Neutral language

[edit]

Personally, I tend to use singular they in articles I edit, although this is probably a bit naughty from a grammatical point of view. Wikipedia accepts three possibilities at Wikipedia:Gender-neutral language. You can chose whichever option you prefer. The official Wikipedia manual of style (which we should all follow) is not prescriptive Wikipedia:Manual of Style#Gender-neutral language so the choice is yours!
