Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! --Demiurge1000 (talk) 14:50, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:46, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistent disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  ☺ · Salvidrim! ·  23:51, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
As ironic as it is to block someone claiming so fervently to be pro-censorship, your editing privileges have been suspended because the entirety of your contributions so far have done nothing to improve the encyclopedia; instead, you posted on various noticeboards, and then user talk pages seemingly at random, clearly advocating a political pro-censorship agenda; the choice of usernames is also problematic for the same reasons. This demonstrates beyond reasonable doubt that you are not here to improve the encyclopedia. I am unsure if you are really in favor of censorship, or actually contesting censorship by parody, but the fact remains Wikipedia is not a place for advocacy. I would be more than happy to unblock you if you agree that your editing so far has not been appropriate and propose to start helping the encyclopedia in a neutral way, and also agree to request a rename to a username that doesn't immediately indicate that you are advocating for your preferred ideology. ☺ · Salvidrim! ·  23:57, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
As the person who originally welcomed this editor, and also engaged with them in various places, I clarify that I have no problem with this block. There does need to be clarity. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 00:02, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

So, you choose to silence me as I have burst your tiny bubble! What a pathetic strategy, your editors are incapable of arguing against my viewpoint, so you decide silencing me will protect this bubble of yours. I genuinely believe censorship would've benefited Wikipedia, but now I realize you are far too ignorant for that. Don't worry, I will be documenting this page to show your lack of acceptance for new ideologies. There are plenty of other forums who actually accept and argue 'for' censorship. EmbracingCensorship (talk) 9:06 am, Today (UTC+0)

Decline reason:

Good; you won't mind if we ask that you go off and play in those forums instead, then. Since you're so keen on censorship, you'll be delighted to know that I've removed your ability to edit this talkpage as well. Yunshui  09:41, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
