The article wasn't deleted because of it not being notable, as the subject clearly is. I just hit the wrong deletion reason when I deleted the page. The problem with that article was it written like an advertisement, which violates one of Wikipedia's most important policies: that all articles must be written from a neutral point of view. My apologies for the mistake in the deletion reason, but the article still should have been deleted according to Wikipedia's neutrality guidlines. Thingg^⊕⊗ 18:35, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Isi emerging markets
