Re: Professional wrestling

[edit]

Welcome aboard. We do indeed have some Vandalism patrols. You can go here and see all the tools you can use to remove vandalism from articles. Got any more questions, just hit me up. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:31, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Another hater. Who cares, Bruins rule and Trojans don't. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:40, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
UCLA, UCLA, HBK, UCLA. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:41, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
True. How do you feel about the Ducks? Have you started working in any wrestling articles? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:47, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Then you should bring this up with The Chronic, he's a Ducks fan. :) Did you watch wrestling in 2005? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:51, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Do you think you can help me expand Unforgiven (2005)? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:58, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well in that case, I would suggest you create the Great American Bash '06 article; as something we are currently working at PW. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 22:09, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's a great start. For example articles, see SummerSlam (1993), One Night Stand (2006), One Night Stand (2005), and In Your House 1, and try to see if you can use that type of guideline in the article. For more hints, you can see the PPV guidelines. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 22:29, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. You probably want to add this box to your page. ----> {{subst:Wikipedia:WikiProject Professional wrestling/Userbox}}. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 22:43, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE: New user

[edit]

Sure, I'd be more than happy to. Just add {{adoptee|LAX}} to your userpage if you want to be. Cheers, LAX 05:06, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

De nada. Cheers, LAX 05:11, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just a little info about me: I've been editing Wikipedia for about 7 months with over 8,000 contributions. I mainly edit Professional wrestling articles, and revert vandalism. Can you please tell me a little bit about yourself (on Wikipedia). Cheers, LAX 05:19, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Use the template {{userbox}} and follow the guide at WP:UBX. Cheers, LAX 05:19, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh well, that sucks. As for The Big Show, I've heard that too, from a number of vandals adding it to his page. Please don't add that he's coming back on any article (unless you have a reliable source), established users will quickly revert it. Cheers, LAX 05:29, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I do, you? Cheers, LAX 05:33, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Do you have any other Wikipedia related questions? (keep this in mind). Cheers, LAX 06:01, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: PPV

[edit]

Which one? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 01:06, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, but please, DON'T insult me. I don't appreciate it. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:55, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It will take time for me to actually "respect" you, but yeah I forgive you. If you have questions for GAB, don't hesitate to ask me. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:59, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, if you have any WCW ppv you have in mind, go ahead and create it. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 18:10, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Good, then you can start on that one. Don't forget to notify the group about the PPV. P.S. I'm half-Mexican. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 18:15, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Follow these steps. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 18:40, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I fixed the title link from Starrcade 97 to Starrcade (1997). From there, you can start editing the article. For tips, look at articles: One Night Stand (2005), One Night Stand (2006), No Way Out (2004), and SummerSlam (1993) and try to have the article like that. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:00, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Its not bad, but try to get the important details from the top feuds of the PPV. For that check the articles that I mentioned on top. From there, let's see what happens. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:07, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. Hey, ask Nici to help you expand the article. That's if you want. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:16, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'll try to help. I can't guarantee you that I will be on the article, since I didn't watch WCW. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:30, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Alright. Also, try to keep the article in Neutral point of view. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:35, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think that should be added in the article, cause that resembles a point-of-view. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:43, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:47, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No, that really isn't important. Just look at the steps and you'll be fine. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 19:55, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Alright. Just don't wait that long, cause the "under construction" tag will be removed if the article hasn't been edited in quite sometime. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 20:00, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, like I've said, I really didn't watch any WCW, so... But, I will try to help the best way I can; you can count on that. But don't forget to finish in completing Starrcade '97. P.S. Yes I will, can't wait for the Rumble. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:40, 28 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Don't damn him. Uh, are you going to work on 2 PPV's? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:11, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I was just askin'. Just wanted to make sure that you weren't going to abandon Starrcade '97. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:15, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I do. The reason I liked him, was because of the number 8 car. But, where did you read that I was Dale Jr. fan? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:23, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oh. I'm not a fan no more, since he drives the 88 car. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:30, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Good, I guess. Just trying to expand PPV's. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:34, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
What PPV's did you have in mind? And, I was part of the NASCAR project, but I really devoted myself to WP:PW. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:40, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Which Royal Rumble? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 02:44, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, me, LAX and iMatthew are currently working on it. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 03:09, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
May need some expanding. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 03:12, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
A whole lot of work related to WCW is in. So, yeah there is work for WCW. Have you finished Starrcade '97? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 00:30, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Alright. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 16:42, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Starrcade 97

[edit]

I can try. No guarantees that it'll be any good though. I'll take a look and see what I can do. NiciVampireHeart (talk) 19:24, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'll do a little research and see what I can do. NiciVampireHeart (talk) 19:27, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No, I don't. I'll be using internet sources mainly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by NiciVampireHeart (talkcontribs)

Atheism

[edit]

Hi Empire World Champ, Sorry I can't be of much help to you. I would recommend reading Richard Dawkins and his books (The God Delusion is an excellent book). He also has his own website which I would whole heartedly recommend. The best Mark t young (talk) 11:52, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion tagging

[edit]

You can tag pages for deletion by adding {{db-xxx}} where the xxx is replaced by the criteria listed at WP:CSD. cheers. —SpacemanSpiff 06:40, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ha Ha, OK man! Thanks! Now I can go revert some vandalism! :) EWC Champion (talk) 06:41, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just a note...

[edit]

Hi! I've noticed that you have recently been patrolling new pages. Just wanted to give you a tip on tagging criteria for speedy deletion. If the article in question is about a person that has no notability (with little to none reliable, third-party sources and is generally unimportant), you should use {{db-a7}} or {{db-person}} over {{db-g1}} or {{db-nonsense}}. The G7 template only applies to biographies of living people, and the nonsense template should only be used if the text is gibberish (undecipherable and meaningless). Once again, this is just a friendly reminder. Thanks! Thisisborin9 06:54, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh. Thanks! I'm getting the hang of this still so, but hey at least I'm learning, right? EWC Champion (talk) 06:55, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

EWC, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:TWINKLE was introduced to me by another editor, and may help you out too. Saves looking up and typing out the right CSD codes all the time. Simon-in-sagamihara (talk) 09:47, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
