Template:Current at TeleSUR

I've removed the current event template per the guidelines to be found at Template:Current a few days ago. You've reinserted it again. Could you explain why? The template is not supposed to be used on everything that can be considered "current". Instead, it is a note to our readers about rapid change, and the article does not receive enough editing to warrant such a note. --Conti|✉ 09:39, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

I would argue that the amount of change to that section is not nearly enough to warrant a current event template. Please read the guidelines at Template:Current: "It is not intended to be used to mark an article that merely has recent news articles about the topic" and "As an advisory to editors, the template may optionally be used in those occasions that many editors (perhaps a hundred or more) edit an article on the same day". TeleSUR, on the other hand, has only been edited once in the last two days. So there's no reason to warn our readers about massive editing, since none is going on. --Conti|✉ 12:52, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
