I am sorry about annoying you; it definitely wasn't my intention. The block wasn't meant against you; rather, the problem was that "This user is blocked" is not appropriate to be used in a username. (For example, it's because it is confusing; does it mean that the user has left Wikipedia and request blocking of the account?) In the hindsight, I shouldn't have been that harsh; I should have asked for a rename first, for example using {{Username-Warn}}.
