You could follow the link NinjaRobotPirate gave you to read the answer again. If you're interested in Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, you can find them at WP:Policies and guidelines. Your page was deleted because it was a promotional autobiography. Unlike, say, Facebook or LinkedIn, Wikipedia is not social media where we write our own profiles. It's an encyclopedia, and we're here to impove that encyclopedia. Very few people are notable enough to be the subjects of Wikipedia articles themselves (your page didn't give any indication that you are one of them), and even for those few, writing about themselves is strongly discouraged because it's very difficult to do so from a neutral point of view.
