Battle of Long Tan

Hello Ernie. I am currently doing some research on Long Tan in an attempt to re-write the article and am intrigued by your book on D445 Battalion. I don't seem to be able to get access to your annexes in the link provided though, are they available somewhere else? Also I was wondering if the book is likely to be made commercially available at some point as I would be very interested in acquiring a hard copy. Regards.
