Hi. Instead of creating the article directly, would you please work on it in your sandbox first? Once the article meets wikipedia's notability criteria, you can create an article, or submit it through WP:AfC. Do NOT remove speedy deletion tags from articles you have created. I would advise you to look at WP:GNG and also WP:NOTMEMORIAL. This young person's death is certainly tragic but regrettably that does not mean that they merit an article; this kind of stuff is all to common.TheLongTone (talk) 16:10, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
