Hey Ethan, my name is Achowat and I've been on Wikipedia for a while, and I'd like to help you out. I'm a member of WikiProject:Wikipedia Awards and we are just a group of volunteers who try to keep the Wikipedia Awards part of the project neat and orderly. It appears that you would like to create an Award, named after yourself, that you, and you alone, decide the recipients of. That's not an issue; in fact, it's encouraged!
