Explanation[edit]

Hi Euromatty, I have deleted the article Chloe Carey as it does not appear to meet the Wikipedia inclusion criteria. We must be extra careful with this article because it is a biography of a living person - and even more caution because the subject is a minor. I've also prevented this article from being recreated for a time, as it appears that you've created it twice already. The article should not be recreated unless it can be demonstrated that the subject meets the inclustion criteria. Generally, this means she must have been the subject of substantial coverage in multiple independent reliable sources. You did a good job in including the newspaper reference, but that just mentions Cary in passing, it does not say anything about her rather than her age and that she participated in the event. Therefore, it doesn't qualify as substantial coverage. The websites you included don't qualify as reliable sources because they are self-published. If at some point newspapers or magazines focus more on Carey, then the article can be recreated, with new sources to fully demonstrate notability.
