Filippelli

[edit]

Hello, Could you please source this sentence at Gabriel Filippelli: "Filippelli is currently an Air Quality Fellow for the United States State Department and consults with Embassies in Pakistan on air quality science and solutions." You added it at link

Also, please do not keep linking to Filippelli's article from random other articles. This is basically spam, and could get you blocked if you continue. I have readded the orphan and autobiography tags as they are factually accurate still. If you have a conflict of interest with regard to Filippelli, please read Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide and disclose it. Also related is Wikipedia:Autobiography.

Despite the above, I would like to thank you for updating the article and removing the unnecessary personal information it contained. Thanks, GreyGreenWhy (talk) 15:14, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies as I am new to wikipedia and don't know how to use the link functions well. I did edit this some more and include an image that I took while he was in Pakistan last month speaking about air quality and health. My only conflict is that I met and talked with him, and think what he is doing is super. I read the conflict information and I don't think that is problem, but not for sure. Excitedfish (talk) 19:49, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, I don't think there's any problem with conflict of interest, my concern was just because I saw it had been a problem with other editors on the article before.
Don't worry about the linking, it is difficult to know how and where to link things sometimes. I'm still quite new too: for example, I don't understand the rules about images myself to be honest. For linking, Help:Link has more info. You've already had a message about Wikipedia:Teahouse, but I found it a great place to ask questions when I started. There's lots of info at Wikipedia:Introduction if you want more.
Thank you for your edit yesterday at Lead poisoning and for adding the source and image to Filippelli's article. Cheers, GreyGreenWhy (talk) 15:15, 1 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
