The contribution's content is really good and, knowing you, I'm sure completely detailed and well-planned. I would only suggest grammatical adjustments, such as the following.
The 1977 Andhra Pradesh cyclone is considered India's first super cyclonic storm. The first storm mostly affected Andhra Prades, killing approximately 10,000 residents. The second storm, occurring on October 29th, had affected the eastern part of the Orissa state with winds up to 160mph and waves as high as 30 feet. The precise number of fatalities resulting from the second storm is undetermined, but six districts were destroyed and 16 million local citizens were affected.
^Additionally, on this last point, in what way were they affected? I suggest elaborating this point, concluding with something like: "... citizens were affected by home destruction", something like that!
