1. I note that your IP address is geographically close to the company in question's physical address. I suggest you review WP:Spam#How_not_to_be_a_spammer. It's not prohibited to add or edit text about companies in which you have an interest, but it is strongly discouraged and should only be done with care.
2. I did not accuse you of vandalism, I objected to the broken wikilinks that you introduced while not logged on (see my caution at User talk:68.54.3.89). However, the automated comment inserted by Twinkle is unfortunate in its use of the word "vandalism" (which has a broad meaning in the Wikipedia community).
