I admit that the 'subsequently withdrawn' statement can't be verified, I'd picked it up from various blogs and a throwaway comment on boardgamegeek, and it should be removed. Unfortunately your comments regarding why Chaos Marauders was dropped / not expanded, and that Stephen Hand was not the project instigator, can't be verified either, so they can't stay. If you could find some verifiable sources for these, it would really help improve the article. Finally Chaos Marauders was simply NOT sold in a 'shallow box' - I have the box in front of me! The box is of lighter grade stock (folded over to make it more sturdy) than the standard GW product of the time - and perhaps it is this that they considered a barrier-to-sale. It was only advertised twice in White Dwarf, and no mini-expansion article was published (like they were for Chainsaw Warrior, Talisman, Cosmic encounter and even Trolls in the Pantry) - all factors likely to have impacted on sales. --Davémon (talk) 20:18, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
